Valley of the Goblins, Utah
Taken about 12:30 PM, 9/11/13

This state park has these wonderfully unique and strange formations. Most are 10-15 feet high. It is very trippy to wander around this valley.

This state park has these wonderfully unique and strange formations. Most are 8-15 feet high. It is very trippy to wander around this valley; they do seem alive and animated. I first learned of this place because it was used for a scene on an alien planet in the movie, Galaxy Quest.

PHOTOGRAPH OF YESTERDAY
Flash Flood Canyon Waterfall
Moab, Utah

My friend Susie took me to see the ephemeral and beautiful waterfalls created by the unusually rainy weather here. They last perhaps less than an hour. This falls dropped into Moonflower Canyon where we stood (getting wet), The water then flowed into the Colorado River a few hundred yards way.
